ULUCKYGIRL currently accepts Paypal. If you wish to pay with a personal check please email bridgette@uluckygirl.com for an order total. Your order will not be shipped until the check is cleared - about 7 to 10 business days.

Sales Tax
We collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Texas. Residents in other states are responsible with complying with local state tax laws.

Returns
ULUCKYGIRLis fully committed to providing the highest quality products. That said, if you are not satisfied with our product for any reason within our control, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will initiate the exchange or return process.

Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer input errors (e.g. typos), and that in approving your final proof you accept responsibility for any errors. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.

In the event of a ULUCKYGIRL error, we will do everything possible to correct it, up to and including reprinting. Once we are notified of an error, we will offer you a refund, credit towards a future purchase, or exchange. Please note that refunds are not available on design services and custom-ordered materials.
